- Technical issues: broken links, display problems or anything else that looks off.
What we cannot help with
havenago is an independent recommendation site — we do not process bookings and have no access to any reservation. If your question concerns an existing or planned booking, please contact Booking.com directly:
- Changes and cancellations: manage your reservation in your Booking.com account or app.
- Payments and refunds: handled entirely by Booking.com customer service.
- Problems during your stay: contact the property first, then Booking.com support if needed.
We simply cannot see, change or cancel bookings — emailing us about a reservation will only cost you time.
