1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of havenago (havenago.com), an independent hotel recommendation website. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions are welcome at hello@havenago.com.

2. An information-only service

havenago is a publisher of travel content, not a travel agency, tour operator or booking platform. We provide hand-picked hotel recommendations, destination guides and neighbourhood advice for informational purposes only. You cannot book, pay for or cancel accommodation on havenago. We do not sell any travel services, we hold no inventory and we are not a party to any contract between you and an accommodation provider.

3. Bookings happen on Booking.com

Links on havenago lead to Booking.com, where any reservation is completed. When you make a booking, your contract is with Booking.com and/or the accommodation provider, and Booking.com's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies and privacy policy apply. havenago is not responsible for the booking process, payment handling, confirmations, changes, cancellations, refunds or your stay itself. For any issue with a reservation, please contact Booking.com customer support directly.

4. Accuracy of content

We research our recommendations carefully and update them regularly, but travel information changes quickly. Hotel amenities, star ratings, review scores, neighbourhood conditions, prices and availability may change at any time and may differ from what is shown on havenago. All prices displayed are indicative only; the binding price is always the one shown on Booking.com at the time of booking. Content on havenago is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Affiliate relationship

havenago earns a commission from Booking.com through the CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) network when you complete a booking after clicking one of our links. This comes at no extra cost to you and does not influence which hotels we feature. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on havenago — including texts, guides, hotel write-ups, layout, graphics and the havenago name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view, share links to and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission. Hotel names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, havenago shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any booking made on Booking.com or elsewhere. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. External links

Our site contains links to third-party websites, primarily Booking.com. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
